Experience
On-site investigation after the click: form friction, engagement gaps, and prioritized tests.
Experience investigates what happens after paid (or organic) traffic lands — form friction, content engagement, and converter vs non-converter gaps. Open it at Experience.
Attribution answers which channel got credit. Experience answers what the visit looked like so you can prioritize on-site tests. Suggestions are associations to try, not guaranteed lifts.
What you see
- Capture readiness — whether Content Intelligence, forms, sections, scroll, and clicks are on
- Ask-depth windows — named scheduled Engagement Tracking periods overlapping the selected range (citeable reference frame)
- Depth fuel — scroll / click signal on converting sessions (empty vs ready)
- Channel engagement — average visitor engagement on converting sessions by channel (requires Ask-depth Engagement Tracking; otherwise scores are empty)
- Cohort gaps — converter vs non-converter behavior differences
- What to try next — prioritized actions with citations; each can launch Ask AI with context
Date ranges: 7 / 30 / 90 days.
Prerequisites
Experience is only as deep as Tracking:
- Snippet installed; origin verified (Install)
- Content Intelligence and form tracking enabled (core Experience capture for forms/sections)
- Section engagement for stronger cohort evidence
- Engagement Tracking under Ask depth (scroll and/or active time) for visitor engagement scores on conversions — off by default; raises monthly event usage. Prefer a scheduled Ask-depth window so readiness can cite the named period.
- Enough attributed sessions with conversions so converter vs non-converter cohorts exist
If capture is off, the page will say investigation is limited and point you back to Settings → Tracking.
How it relates to Attribution
| Surface | Job |
|---|---|
| Attribution | Channel credit, models, funnel stages, pipeline vs spend |
| Campaigns | Spend, ROAS, pause / +20% write-back |
| Experience | On-site friction and engagement after the click |
| Ask AI | Cited Q&A across attribution + behavior |
Cohort gap cards also appear on Attribution; Experience is the dedicated investigation workspace with next-step actions.
Reading actions
Each action includes:
- Title — what to try (e.g. simplify a high-abandon field)
- Because — why the data suggested it
- Citations — labels + values from your account
- Priority — high / medium / low
- Ask — opens Ask AI with that investigation stashed as context
Treat actions as a test backlog, not auto-applied changes to your site or ads.
