Match the event band. Retention is how long that history is kept. A verified domain covers its subdomains, so a shop or checkout host does not need its own plan. A short spike can add a capacity pack. Sustained volume moves you up a tier. Custom integration work is scoped when you request access, and it is not included in the monthly price.

No. Once brand.com is verified, shop.brand.com and checkout.brand.com are captured with it. A separate domain, such as another brand, is its own origin. The plan you pick is still the event band.
An event is a tracked interaction Intently stores for your account, for example page views, form events, ecommerce events, and server Track API calls. Destination deliveries and Ask queries are not billed as separate events. Volume is based on stored capture.
There is no free trial. Attribution is useful once capture, destinations, and usually CRM or Stripe are connected. Request access and we map the stack before the workspace is provisioned.
Every paid plan includes server-side routing to GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Reddit, and Segment. HubSpot and Salesforce are CRM connectors for closed-won attribution, not destination routers. Optional webhooks cover custom pipelines.
Yes on every paid plan: Meta, Google, and Microsoft spend (OAuth or tokens, or CSV), plus HubSpot and Salesforce closed-won on linked journeys. Pause or boost write-back is available with confirmation when Meta, Google, or Microsoft is connected and spend sync has stored campaign ids. It is not a full cross-network ads manager.
Yes. Attribution Ask cites model, lookback, and ROAS from reports you can open yourself. The same builders ship as a read-only MCP server for Cursor, Claude Code, and Claude Desktop. Authenticate with your account API key.
