Professional services

We handle measurement as your agency of record.

An ongoing services agreement. Intently functions as your agency of record for measurement, an extension of growth and media, and the agent authorized to act in your ad accounts, pixels, and destinations.

See the roles
  • We own capture, destinations, attribution, and the recommendations you act on
  • Embedded with growth and media for the life of the agreement
  • Authorized to work in your site, CMP, destinations, and ad accounts
  • Pause or +20% boost applies after you confirm in Attribution

How we function

One agreement. Three roles.

01 · Agency of record

We own measurement.

Capture, consent, server-side destinations, attribution models, spend ROAS, and delivery proof sit with us. You keep media and creative decisions. We keep the signal those decisions use defensible.

  • First-party capture on your domain, snippet or Track API
  • Nine inspectable models, journeys, and closed-won from Stripe or CRM
  • Delivery log and match quality checked as part of the work
  • Recommendations you can open in the same workspace

02 · Your attribution team

We sit with growth and media.

This is an ongoing extension of the team, under a services agreement, for the life of the engagement. Named operators use the same workspace your people use, with roles you control.

  • A named Intently contact on the account
  • Admin, Analyst, and Viewer seats for your side
  • Shared definition of done: overlay, delivery log, attribution
  • Cadence agreed at kickoff for reviews and recommendations

03 · Your agent

We act where the stack lives.

The agreement authorizes us to act on your behalf in the systems measurement depends on: the site, the CMP, destination configuration, and connected Meta, Google, and Microsoft accounts. You remain the account owner.

  • Install and maintain capture with the access you grant
  • Configure destinations and consent categories
  • Connect spend sync where ROAS is in scope
  • Budget write-back stays confirm-gated in Attribution

What we run

The full measurement loop, operated for you.

Scope is the shipped Intently pipeline. Custom connectors beyond the standard destinations and CRM integrations are quoted with Enterprise.

Capture

Snippet or Track API, debug overlay, and events you can inspect on the live site

Consent

CMP signals read on the site, enforced server-side before storage or routing

Destinations

Server-side delivery, with the log showing accepted or failed sends

Revenue

Stripe, HubSpot, or Salesforce closed-won on the journeys when that is in scope

ROAS

Meta, Google, and Microsoft spend sync, or CSV, joined to campaign credit

Decisions

Pause or +20% boost recommendations on those three networks, applied after confirm

How an engagement starts

Scope, authorize, operate, recommend.

  1. 01

    Scope

We map channels, conversion events, CMP, destinations, and whether Stripe, CRM, or ad spend belongs in the first agreement.

  2. 02

    Authorize

You grant access to the site, consent tool, destination accounts, and ad platforms. The agreement is what lets us act in them.

  3. 03

    Operate

We stand up capture, prove delivery, and keep the workspace healthy: overlay, consent, destinations, and attribution on real journeys.

  4. 04

    Recommend

We bring pause, hold, or scale recommendations with the model, window, and ROAS attached. Write-back runs when you confirm.

Ownership

You keep the decisions. We run the system.

You keep

  • Account ownership for ads, site, and CRM
  • Media strategy, creative, and budget authority
  • Final confirm on pause or boost write-back
  • Seats in the workspace for your team

We run

  • Capture, consent, and destination configuration
  • Attribution models, journeys, and delivery proof
  • Spend and revenue connections in the agreed scope
  • The recommendations your media decisions use

Onboarding gets you to proof. This agreement keeps the work.

The 60-day onboarding program is how a workspace reaches live delivery proof and a conclusion. Professional services is the agreement when you want Intently to keep operating that stack — from day one, or after the program.

FAQ

Before you hand us the stack.

How is this different from onboarding?

Onboarding is the 60-day path from request access to delivery proof and a conclusion. Professional services is the ongoing agreement: we remain the operator of capture, destinations, attribution, and recommendations.

Do you replace our media agency?

We are the agency of record for measurement. Media buying can stay with your team or your performance agency. We own the signal, credit, delivery proof, and the recommendations those decisions should use.

Will you change budgets on your own?

Pause or +20% daily-budget write-back on Meta, Google, and Microsoft runs from Attribution after you confirm. The agreement authorizes us to work in those accounts. It does not skip that confirm.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data workspace?

You do. We act as your agent inside the access you grant. Your team keeps seats in the Intently workspace.

How is professional services priced?

It is scoped with sales alongside Platform or Enterprise, sized to monthly tracked events and how much of the stack we operate. We quote it on a walkthrough. There is no public services rate card.

Want us to run it?

Request access and we will scope the agreement: what we own, where we are authorized to act, and how recommendations reach your team.
